Cancellation Policy

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Dog Zone Services, located in Cranbrook, B.C., and its owner Kris Downey CPDT-KA, in consideration of my participation in the training classes provided: 1. **Release and Indemnification**: I release, save harmless, and indemnify Kris Downey CPDT-KA of Dog Zone Services, their employees, authorised agents (hereafter referred to as "the Releasees"), from any and all claims, actions, costs, expenses, and demands arising out of or related to my participation in the training classes and transportation to and from the training locations, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. I further covenant not to sue the Releasees. 2. **Assumption of Risk**: I acknowledge the risks involved in participating in training classes offered by Dog Zone Services and agree that any injuries, loss, or damage incurred by me or my dog during participation is my full responsibility. 3. **Waiver of Notice**: I waive notice of all conditions, dangers, or otherwise associated with the training classes. 4. **Limitation of Authorization**: I understand that participation in training classes does not qualify me as a canine trainer authorised to teach techniques learned to others. My participation is intended for teaching techniques for use with my own dog(s) only. 5. **Notification of Dog's Condition**: I agree to notify Dog Zone Services if my dog has been, is, or becomes affected by any injury or disease. 6. **Financial Responsibility**: I accept sole responsibility for all expenses incurred during participation in training classes and agree to reimburse Dog Zone Services for any agreed-upon dog-related equipment and expenses within 24 hours of receiving such equipment or incurring such expenses. 7. **Compliance with Laws**: I agree to comply with all by-laws, statutes, and regulations of the City of Cranbrook and surrounding areas, including ensuring my dog is free of communicable diseases. 8. **Entire Agreement**: I acknowledge that this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and that no representations or warranties have been made except as set forth herein. 9. **No Alteration of Terms**: I understand that no employee or authorized agent of Dog Zone Services is authorized to alter the terms of this agreement. 10. **Severability**: I agree that if any term or condition is held to be invalid or unenforceab
